Mixture A and mixture B are uniformly mixed and then sent to a twin-screw extruder for extrusion molding into a tube, which solves the problem of poor wear resistance of the existing PVC conduit and easy friction damage during installation. (2) Put the raw materials into a feed hopper, enter an extrusion bin, melt the inner wall of an extrusion bin with an electric heating wire, cut with a screw, and then transport it to an extrusion die. The molten raw material is extruded by an extrusion die into the second feed hopper, then into the second extrusion bin, further melted by the electric heating wire on the inner wall of the second extrusion bin, and then cut by the second screw and transported to the second extrusion die. The melted raw material is formed into a cylinder through several forming holes of the second extrusion die, and the cutting plate is driven to move up and down circularly by the operation of the stretching cylinder and the movable rod, and the cylindrical raw material is cut into particles, which solves the existing PVC The problems of low mixing times, poor mixing effect, and low quality of the obtained PVC line pipe in the production process of PVC pipe. It is realized by the following technical scheme: a high-strength wear-resistant polyvinyl chloride lined pipe, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 25-35 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 10-20 parts of high molecular weight polyethylene, 3-6 parts of butyl stearate, 12-18 parts of tert-butyl phosphate, 10-15 parts of diethylene glycol dibenzoate and 3-5 parts of microcrystalline paraffin.
