PVC conduit is one of the commonly used wire and tube in the transformation of home circuits. Its good physical and chemical properties determine the wide application of the material itself in wires and pipes. Of course, the industry also has certain standards for the construction methods and processes of PVC conduit. So what are the specific contents?

1. Select the wire

The conductor of each circuit shall be selected in strict accordance with the design drawings, and the phase line, neutral line and protective ground line shall be distinguished. The phase lines of L1, L2 and L3 shall be yellow, green and red lines respectively, the ground line shall be yellow and green double color lines, and the N line shall be blue line.

2. Clean the pipeline

After the pipeline is installed, all pipelines must be cleaned before threading. The purpose of cleaning the pipeline is to remove dust, sludge and other impurities in the pipeline. Specifically, the two ends of the cloth strip are firmly tied to the belt line, and two people pull the belt line back and forth to clean up the impurities in the pipe.

3. Tape line

The purpose of threading is to check whether the pipeline is unblocked, whether the pipeline direction and box quality meet the requirements of design and construction drawings. Use 2mm steel wire with line, bend one end of the steel wire into an unsealed circle, and then use the threading device to thread the line into the pipeline, leaving a margin of 10~15cm at both ends of the pipeline (when the pipeline is long or turns long, the line can be threaded together when laying the pipeline), when the threading wire is blocked, two steel wires can be threaded into both ends of the pipe respectively, and stirred at the same time, so that the ends of the two steel wires are hooked to each other and screwed together, and then the threading wire is pulled out. When the wire is hooked, one of them can be pulled out, leaving a wire in the tube for threading.

1. Line

Before setting out, check the specifications and models of the wires according to the design drawings. The setting out should be placed on the pay-off rack or pay-off car. Do not drag the wires on the ground at will, let alone drag them brutally, so as not to damage the insulation layer or break the core.

2. Disconnection

When cutting wires, the reserved length of the wires should be considered as follows: the reserved length of the wires in the junction box, switch box, plug box and lamp holder box is 15cm. The reserved length of the wires in the distribution box is 1/2 of the circumference of the distribution box; At the branch of the main line, branch joints can be directly made without cutting the wires.

3. Bundling of wires and belt wires

When the number of wires is small, the insulation layer at the front end of the wire can be cut off, then the wire core can be directly inserted into the coil with the wire, folded back and compacted, and tied firmly; when the number of wires is large or the wire section is large, the insulation layer at the front end of the wire can be cut off, and then the wire core can be staggered on the strip line, and tied firmly with the wire.

4. Thread in the pipeline
