It is also necessary to check whether the quality of the rubber ring is up to standard. During installation, the socket and rubber ring must be cleaned.

Some engineering projects are easy to damage non-metallic material conduit during the implementation process. After a long period of learning from experience and development trend, if a cable is laid on the equipment during the pipeline laying construction process, this situation can be easily overcome.

1. When the elbow torsion spring is not easy to remove, the torsion spring can be rotated in the opposite direction and pulled outward, and the diameter of the torsion spring can be folded to remove.

2. The end of the elbow torsion spring has a hook that is beneficial to tie the rope. When the pipeline is long, the rope can be tied from the hook. After the PVC pipe is bent, the torsion spring can be pulled out by the rope.

3. When working in cold weather, cloth can be used to continuously rub the PVC line pipe at the bend so that it can be bent after moderate temperature increase.

4. Bending can be carried out by using the corresponding type of elbow torsion spring tube. If you want to bend the viewing angle, you need to bend to twice the required angle, and the elbow can meet the requirements after resilience.

5. Bending should be carried out gradually, the rate is too fast, easy to damage the pipeline and bending torsion spring.

6. Before the elbow torsion spring is removed, do not make the elbow respond by hand to prevent the torsion spring from being destroyed.
